Caleb's birthday is on July 6th. What better way to celebrate than to do it with the rest of our country on the 4th? We started off the day with a fun little parade in a nearby town Then later that evening had a small dinner with hubby's family and then fireworks at the Rose Bowl. BEST fireworks show I've ever seen. But way toooo many people. It took forever to get in and out. Probably won't be doing that again for quite awhile.

Happy 1st Birthday Son!
I can not believe my son turned ONE. We survived the year and I'm so grateful for this handsome fellow in my life. I love you son. You remind me so much of your father, how can I not be so in love with you? :)A little game played to see which item Caleb would go for. He went for the cooking utensil whisk! This kid is gonna love to cook with mama! The Rose Bowl was currently getting renovated. Some one year pictures of Caleb. -
Happy Birthday Hubby
Hubby turned 32 years old on July 3rd! This was the 14th birthday I've been blessed to be able to celebrate with him. Which meant we've been together for a long time! I took him to Roy's Restuarant, a really yummy Asian/Hawaiian place. We ordered lots of fish. Reminds me of the food when we honeymooned in Maui. We even splurged and got dessert. It was so delicious! So full of thankfulness to God for giving Hubby another year of life. We take our lives/health for granted sometimes. Each birthday is a good reminder that our lives are so temporary here on earth and we should live only to glorify God.

Silverwood Lake Camping
Caleb went camping for the first time this month! He was such a trooper and did really well.
I think Grace had the best time out of all of us. She loves being out in nature and playing with all her church friends. The kids also experienced their first boat ride on the lake. Papa got to practice driving our friend's boat too. All in all it was a very memorable weekend at Silverwood Lake. -
Cambodian Wedding
Hot date with my hubby! Thanks to my sisters watching the kiddos, hubby and I stayed out late and had a nice time just being a couple. I miss those days. As much as I loved being away from the kids, I found myself just talking about them at the wedding to the other moms there. Funny how we moms are.
