Light came into this dark world when Jesus was born in Bethlehem. Hope your Christmas and New Year will be filled with the light!

We had a wonderful day with a friend from church and her two kids. Jacob is 2.5 and plays so well with Grace. The two of them just went around the house playing with everything!

Got most of the Christmas decorations up. We get our tree this Sunday from the local school. They are fundraising so it feels good to be part of that.

Caleb is turning 17 months tommorrow and only weighs 18.3 lbs. The doctor is not too pleased with his weight so she's sending me to see a nutritionist. I think she's too overly concerned. Grace was tiny and both hubby and I were small growing up. But I will go and see what the nutritionist says. If they see that Caleb eats lots of calories but looses them somehow doctor wants him to see a gastro specialist. I don't think that's necessary so we will see.

Just got a $28 used keyboard off of Amazon for my iPad. I'm liking it alot! Hopefully I'll be able to blog more and document my kids' lives more.

It's a very cold and wet Sabbath. We had a nice day in church this morning. We officially transferred our membership to the church we found here in LA. I'm so thankful for the friends we've made so far. Moving to the city and knowing not a soul was the hardest part of the whole thing. But now I have a church family and the kids have their friends they see each week. We were called to the front of the church today and the pastor welcomed us and the whole congregation came up and gave us hugs to welcome us into the church. It's a small church around 60 people or so but we love how friendly everyone is. I'm looking forward to the future and seeing how much God will work in all our lives. As we speak hubby and Grace are out on a walk with some friends. I decided to give Caleb a nap this afternoon which is nice since I have time to catch up on some blogging.
